Holanda | 2004 | Progressive MetalEl álbum explora la idea de un renacimiento psicológico y sigue la historia de un hombre que entra en estado de coma después de un accidente automoviíistico.
Se enfrenta a su pasado, a las emociones y a su situación actual dentro de su propia mente.
Las circunstancias que rodean el accidente son misteriosas, como el hombre ["Me", interpretado por James LaBrie] en un árbol en una carretera desierta a plena luz del día.
La trama se basa de "Me" en y el eventual renacimiento como un hombre nuevo y mejordo. La oscuridad que atromenta su pasado es que sufrio de un padre abusivo y esto lo impulso a convertirse en un ser despiadado.
"Me" ha sido testigo de un momento íntimo entre "su mejor amigo" [Arjen Lucassen] y "su esposa" [Marcela Bovio] y se va revelando el origen del accidente.
Se enfrenta a su pasado, a las emociones y a su situación actual dentro de su propia mente.
